- New products
All of our new products may be returned within 2 weeks of the purchase with the receipt. These products must still be factory sealed and be in the same condition it left the store in.
- Used Products
Unfortunately used products are nonrefundable. Any defective used product may be exchanged for another product within 7 days with purchase. Make sure to have the receipt with you.
- T-shirts / Mugs/ Glasses / Posters
T-shirts must be unworn with tags still attached. Other merchandise must be unused with stickers still attached in original boxes/cases. They may be returned with the receipt within 2 weeks.

We buy used CDs, LPs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. All discs must be in their original cases (or sleeves when referring to vinyl) and must have no scratches (vinyl may have minor marks, but we will not buy if it will affect play back). Please give us a call before coming in to discuss the items in your collection, we have a limit on what items we can buy back. We do not buy any titles that we already have in-stock used. We cannot guarantee that we will buy your products. Buyback is available Mon-Sat 11AM - 6PM/Sun 12PM-4PM in Dearborn and Mon-Sat 11AM - 5PM/Sun 12PM-4PM in Farmington. Prices on Dearbornmusic.net do not reflect the prices in our retail store location. Some prices may be "web exclusive" or "store exclusive". Please contact us with all pricing concerns.
"In Stock" on Dearbornmusic.net does not necessarily reflect "in-store" at our retail location. Our website inventory is updated 2-5 times a week and some items may be sold in our store before they can be removed from the website. Please contact us with all availability questions.

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking numbers. We will always trust the tracking number when it comes to deliveries. We are not responsible for any lost packages or delays on orders.
Our website platform features digital products for sale. Digital products are nonreturnable so please be careful with purchasing. We suggest buying CDs over MP3s. MP3 audio does not have the same quality of a CD.
We accept returns on all new items within 14 days of delivery. We do not refund the original shipping cost or give a return shipping cost for returns. Digital items and Used items cannot be returned. If you received defective merchandise please email us immediately for assistance.
